Hear me out...an Appalachian Mountains mod. You can do your survival stuff, the caves and old mines, and all the Appalachian folk lore for horror mods. 👀

As soon as I see the fact the malaria and thirst trackers aren't on the hotbar, I'm already like 90% positive this man is going to forget about and it'll be a problem. And I'm not even two minutes in.

Edit: Even worse, it's covering the debuff status effects.

everytime he asks the question "man i wonder what my friend is up to right now?" you should have jump cutted to your friends situation for a couple seconds for comedic reasons and to see what they're up to for a brief moment on their end

3:00:40 Whoever designed the disease mod did a lot of research. Leishmaniasis (lay-shma-nye-a-sis) is a deep cut. It's a parasitic infection spread by sand flies, the way malaria is spread by mosquitoes. There are about twenty Leishmania (lay-shma-nee-a) species and infection by any of them causes skin lesions, scarring, and if left untreated it can turn fatal. Fatal cases of leishmaniasis are specific to one infection type (visceral leishmaniasis, where the parasite decides to attack organs instead of skin, which can happen with any Leishmania species but is most common in L. donovani and L. infantum (called L. chagasi in South America)), but they have happened. If leishmaniasis doesn't kill you it can leave severe, disfiguring facial scarring or permanent liver and spleen damage.

Now that being said, it is EXTREMELY rare in cool to moderate climates and usually resolved with minimal scarring in first-world countries, so having it in your tropical diseases mod says a lot about the mod creator's knowledge. I'm impressed!

I don't want to watch a 2 hour movie because it take too much time but I don't mind watching a 3h+ youtube video

I find it HILARIOUS that he reacts to pain in the game like it’s actually hurting him 😭
