  It’s fake cocaine, basically crushed up rock/pavement. They get away with it because it’s not real cocaine. Lisbon is up there as one of the most disgusting cities I’ve been to, the police and government should be ashamed

  i am a local and, this is what walking in down town looks like these days even for locals ... i cant go down town without getting offered drugs at least every 30 min
