  I had a Greek American girlfriend and at the time in 2003 we went to Greece.Her mother had a house in Athens and Cos Island. We Stayed in Athens,Delphi,Cos and Patmos. I loved Patmos,very special place. I went to cave of Saint John early morning before all the tourists arrived. I wanted to stay in greece but my Girlfriend had lived there before and didn't. On Cos we could see Bodrum Turkey from our balcony and ride bikes to the beach. The place of Hippocrates has a running spring still running today from ancient times. I still to go back to Greece. On Cos there is a hot spring coming out of the ground flowing into the sea. it is very hot so people go in the sea where it mixes with sea water. I went in where it was super hot,that surprised people.

  I don't think most people realize how many beautiful habitable islands Greece has and most people keep overcrowding Mykonos and Santorini.

  Greece 🇬🇷 is A country God gifted with so much Natural beauty.  I visited last year at the End of May ; Athens , Santorini, Paros & the beautiful small island of Aegina where they grow lots of Pistachios. We even purchased Pistachio pesto to bring home with . I loved all the tiny shops in Plaka (Athens) where you could buy all kinds of unique Gifts & Souvenirs. I definitely hope to go bk & visit more of the Smaller & least popular islands & enjoy all of the Natural beauty & delicious Cuisine. Very kind locals that are welcoming to Tourists 😀!!!
