My gut still thinks her daughter and son in law are in this up to their necks.

I have no idea why Nancy, did this... but it sure gives everyone a lot more to consider and question.

I don’t think that a house under $1 million should be called a mansion. I’d call it an expensive house but not a mansion. I also don’t think that a grown daughter and her new husband should be expected to move in with her mother.

I appreciate your approach to this case. I have to say, since day one I have firmly believed A & T were / are somehow someway involved to what happened to Nancy. That’s just my opinion and it’s been my opinion. As many people have, I’ve listened to countless reports countless theories on this. Nothing else makes sense. Nothing!
There are things going on within this family from a relationship standpoint that we just are not aware of and it’s none of our business, but I think it all plays together. I really pray that one day, maybe it’s gonna take until that idiot sheriff is out of the way, for a real investigation to happen, what really happened to Nancy will be revealed clearly & concisely.
At this point, all of the theories keep repeating themselves from all of the content creators, just using different wording. We’re going to have to wait. What’s done in the dark will come to light. My heart aches to think what Nancy went through😢 and anyone who protects those responsible, in any manner, is covered with blood on their hands too.

I’m just shocked that the FBI has not wrapped this up? I thought they were smarter? What on earth can be holding them back from making the arrest or at least getting people to start talking? If that was my mother, I’d be putting pressure on them every day to make an arrest!!! Poor Nancy, what she must of gone through on her final moments of life., and the fear she felt and possibly knew who took her.😢

I always tune in to your videos. I enjoy your style because I believe it comes from the mind and heart of a skilled investigator with a pure desire to see Truth revealed. I identify with that.

You present two theories here and I have to admit I don’t feel I have enough information to form an opinion. Rather, I question how this young new couple was able to purchase a rather nice home in, I think you said, 2010? This deepens my concerns. I’d like to hear hear more about that.

When it comes to this case I can’t help but want to go back to the beginning and reconstruct the crime using information we have accumulated through the months, eliminating no suspects without valid alibis.

The answer to this crime is close to home. It is in front of us. I will rule out no one.

I don’t have your expertise and experience, but as a private investigator I know this:

Family members kill family members. And they get away with it. All the time.

I have never waved in my opinion it it’s all about the money and those two who are possibly tired of waiting for their inheritance. Money and inheritance can make as some people crazy I’ve seen it personally up close and personally family snooping in like vultures before the body is cold, desperately searching for the Will and there’s lots of the pie. I want out of my family. I had a aunt and uncle who suggested a time to meet at my grandmother‘s house and two go through my grandmother‘s house and to split things up amicably that was all the front and all of my because they had been there for several hours going through the house taking what they wanted, which must pretty much everything and it was just a very very wrong. My grandmother had one big drawer in her chest of drawers, full of pictures of her family throughout her life and particularly as a young woman. My dad got very few pictures very few. I was totally shocked at his passing when I saw the number of photos of his mother‘s family.. And we’re only talking about photos at the moment and Nancy’s house was expensive and worth a lot of money. I don’t know. People are real different. There are some people who feel that they are entitled to everything that their parents have, even though they have not worked for it and earned it and then there are those who realize they need to make their own way. The one question I have in my mind is why has no one filed for her estate? They used to be awaiting period for a number of years when a person disappears, but there are ways in which you can file for the estate early and I’m just curious as to why that has not been done

It appears whatever case is building is going to be precise. If they’re going for family they have to get it right first time.
