I was getting ripped on deep cleaning for years. Thousands of dollars! <br>Started Dr. Ellie's program with the Xylitol and switched dentist after a year. Went in and he didn't mention anything about needing a deep cleaning. Felt ripped off.

My hygienist noticed that every time she would do a deep cleaning on my teeth, the pockets got worse. If I skipped a few months or even told her I did poorly with flossing etc, somehow when she checked, my gums were much better. She didn't really have an answer for this. I stopped the deep scaling and cleaning. She uses ozone and everything as a biological dentist.

I believe that if we ate differently, if we ate healthy foods only and cooked from scratch then maybe we would have received more teeth, it’s our unhealthy way of eating food and the bad chemicals that they put into our foods that kill our teeth,
