Just looked at the restaurant’s menu. Their seafood mains aren’t what I would call “simple”. Lobster should be treated delicately as the taste is so subtle, lobster in the rough or salad is best. Using chili, ginger and fennel are high-risk ingredients with lobster.

Dogs, cats and rabbits are pets, not food. Rabbits are the 3rd most popular pets in the world (and growing in popularity as people are pushed into high rise apartments). Hares are just a bit too close biologically to rabbits, so, eating any of these is pretty much morally equivalent to cannibalism. (And, no I m not a vegan or a vegetarian - love my meat, my dogs eat meat, just there are some moral lines that ought not be crossed.) Cooking a hare should have got that 'chef' kicked out before ever tasting his 'food'.
