  I freaking love the steak dinner at Jackson's, and I don't think there's a better deal in all of Las Vegas. Fantastic video Norma. Great job!!

  Me and my fam call A-1 sauce "Al's  Sauce" because my (then 6 year old) son, asked the server for some "Al's Sauce" at a steak restaurant once. We were like, "Who's this Al guy and what sauce are you speaking of?" And then we realized he meant A1, which looked like "Al Sauce" to a young reader. We laughed and laughed, and have called it Al's sauce for over 30 years 😆 Love your videos, Norma!

  I thought it would be obvious that a New York Strip Steak will have a different texture and toughness than a ribeye or filet mignon. I prefer the latter 2 over the former any day of the week including Sunday.
