I been a CNA twice this is ny second time and I'm 30. when I got my license at first at 18 no one would consider hiring me at a nursing home or hospital so after doing home care and group homes for ten years and losing my license I finally went back to CNA school passed state exam and got a job at a nursing facility which is what I wanted when I was 18 I also think you make more money working in a facility than group homes and private duty btw thanks for your videos I start tonight love

Im a new cna I just got hired at a nursing home I have orientation on Monday. Im so scared I feel like you have to have amazing communication skills in this feild and I lack communicating its definitely something ive been working on and want to get better. maybe this job will help me learn how to become better at communicating with people but thats my biggest worry.
