These are all the symptoms my husband had and he died at 55 from a massive heart attack. It was sudden and unexpected. He would not stop eating sweets, the weekend he died he ate 350 bucks worth of treats he purchased at the grocery store. He was over weight but not too bad. He also became very agitated and angry just prior to the heart attack. It was very painful and he screamed for 20 mins. The ambulance could not find our house in a new subdivisioin because is they had not google mapped it yet so even though they were 5 minutes away they could not find us. It was too late. I gave him CPR for 20 minutes and it was exhausting as well as being very very worried about him.
I wish had know all this years ago. I knew it wasn't healthy for him to do this but he was addicted to junk food. Very sad loss of a wonderful husband. Its basically common sense. Thank you for this video. This information would have saved his life.
My mother did not allow us to have very many sweets growing up, but we had lots of fruits and vegetables. All 5 of us kids are very healthy and now in our 60s. My husbands Dad died at 46, his sister at 56 ,and him at 55. The first deaths were alcohol related . Very addictive type personalities. I was 49 when my husband died and have had a very hard time getting over his loss. So take care of yourself, its not always just for you , sometimes there are loved ones that miss you. RIP MPB

To all who are overwhelmed or hurting—I pray that you find comfort and insight. May peace fill your life, and may your anxieties and fears give way to positivity and belief. Amen.

The best advice for someone who is prediabetic and wants to prevent diabetes is to reduce carbohydrate intake. Avoid consuming sodas, sugar, bread, and pasta. Always calculate the carbs in your meals and try not to exceed 50 grams per day. Although completely avoiding carbs can be challenging, it’s important to significantly reduce them.

I was diagnosed with type II diabetes at 29. Went online and did my own research and determined keto was the route to go. All of my symptoms cleared up within three months. I’ve been off of insulin for seven years now. Keto diet saves lives.

My favorite part about this video is that the doctor doesn’t just give the symptoms. He also follows up with suggestions or further explanation.

I was just diagnosed with borderline diabetes 2 and I had all of these symptoms 1 - 15. The biggest issue I had was pins and needles in my feet. I started fasting 18 to 24 hours a day for 3 weeks so far and almost all 1 - 15 symptoms went away. No more pins and needles and I had been suffering with this for 3 years straight. Deciding to stop eating except for 0 to 1 time a day is the best decision I’ve made. I even feel stronger now. Also when I eat I stopped eating all sugar and carbs. I only eat protein and fats now. The carbs I eat only are from the fruits and vegetables but I stopped all straight carbs and starches. I only drink water now. I also exercise and move more now. Doing this for 3 weeks stopped almost all symptoms. Toe nails went from black to almost pink again and back to a normal nail bed. Some were even starting to shrink and curl from left to right and now they are almost flat again. What I’ve learned is when you don’t eat your body can heal itself and even possibly cure ALL SICKNESS. I’m on no meds. I’m just simply not eating 18 to up to 24 hours daily.
