I had to work WITHOUT PAY to gain experience. Worked for 12 hours a day as a programmer just for experience. F that It's better to be unemployed, atleast I'll be alive for a while.

After covid day by day the situation of employment is worst shame on Government <br>In data the unemployment people is 9 cr but in real that is above 30 cr and labour is also not provide the proper wages

In 2024, I completed my degree. There were two main career options related to my degree 1. Marketing, 2. Working in a factory as a Quality Control (QC) professional I chose to work in a factory and also completed an internship there. After the internship, they offered me a salary of 12,000 per month. Honestly, I was shocked. While I was still in college, I used to work part time as a delivery partner and earned around 15,000 per month. After completing my degree, I was being offered only 12,000 per month. I also spoke with experienced employees in the factory. Even after around eight years of experience, some were earning only about ₹28,000 per month. That made me seriously think about my future. So, I decided to prepare for government jobs, even though I never liked the idea of government job preparation. But I felt that it was one of the few paths available to me to achieve financial stability and freedom. Otherwise, I felt I might spend years working hard without being properly rewarded. This is my personal experience and the reason behind my decision.

Unemployment is the reason i stopped pursuing phd. I realize its futile and i will end up jobless after my degree. We were a batch of 23, out of which only 1 girl got a formal white collar job. And solely based on her father's connection. Rest of us are doing other jobs but mostly unemployed 😂
