In the novel Journey to the West, Sun Wukong only lived 342 years before going to the underworld, so the level of the game is only 342. This is a very careful detail.

Cyan Loong was probably the coolest design I’ve seen in a very long time. The art direction in this game is top notch.

Easter egg: the max level 342 refers to his original natural age in the novel when he died (before he became immortal) and went to the underworld and started a bunch of shit (scratched himself out from the book that keeps record of all living creatures and the age they’re supposed to die, thus becoming immortal)

That Yin Tiger fight was cool.
Like the Tiger said he will make another sword fit for him and the just gives his old one to the destined one and the destined one is like "Much appreciated bro"

How is no one talking about what he did in 7:06 That was insane, it looked like the finishing move against the stone monkey at the end of the story.
