  As a person who’s been in Thailand over 6 years and own condos  here in different parts of Thailand NEVER get ANY condo that won’t fix damages ! ALL condos I’ve owned or rented the landlord is responsible and has always fixed everything sep small things like the toilet attachment they use here might break or other VERY cheap things but nothing major ! Most buildings also like mine have an app for all repairs and maintenance! NEVER sign a contract that requires you to fix a place you don’t own ! Also recommend taking contract to Thai lawyer to look at which is VERY cheap here if you don’t read Thai like 99% of foriegners don’t

  Love ❤️ that it’s a spiritual based channel. I’m a U..S. Marine Corps veteran relocating to Hua Hin Thailand 🇹🇭 in the next few months.  Relocation and property scouting sounds great 👍

  I lived in BKK in the 1990s. I rented both houses and  apartments. Never had an issue. Never had mice, spiders, snakes...lot's of lizards, but they eat bugs so I didn't mind them, an occasional roach. I found  all the rentals on my own from either walking around or ads in the paper (this was pre-internet). Thai landlords are greedy af so I'd usually pay the rent a year  in advance, and get a 25% discount on a monthly basis. Just be clear eyed and bring a Thai or long term resident along. DO NOT rent on your own if you're a first timer in Thailand. Bring a local with you.

  I have recently walked in many condominium complexes in Thailand and was shown different condos. You don’t necessarily need a agent at all.

  Oh wow! Yeah you got shafted a bit. I didn't pay my security until I had my keys in hand. I actually paid in cash by hand for my 1st condo but I took a video of the transaction and the person. Great video sis!
