  It’s hard to study when you’re not interested or committed to what you’re learning. But when you are interested, studying feels fun—you even forget to take breaks or eat, like when you’re playing a game you love. To study better, try talking about what you learned with a friend or classmate and teaching it to them. That’s how you really know you understand it. Failing is normal. What matters is learning from your mistakes—if you do, success will follow. I’ve experienced that myself. here’s a big difference between studying just to pass your exam  and studying to truly learn and gain knowledge.

  I'm 63 years old and we didn't have the internet back when I was studying.  This is brilliant.  I actually set this environment in my own room.  Soft lighting with a lamp for work, soft music on a tape and candles lit.  I would work for a certain amount of time and then take a break.  My grades improved dramatically.  This is a great plan.
