  It’s very easy to sit behind a keyboard and make comments like “he earned well,” “he has a corpus to fall back on,” or “he has rental income,” but the fact remains that he has been completely transparent in his discussions. Instead of complaining about these things, I genuinely wish him and his family the very best, and hope all their dreams come true.   I am now 37 years old and have completed paying off my 3 BHK home loan and car loan in 2024 and 2025, respectively. I achieved all of this on my own without asking anyone for a single rupee. Now, my focus is only on investments. My advice to everyone: aim for an EMI-free life first.

  Being in good health is the real wealth..<br>Mentally &amp; physically. <br>Also having your loved ones with you is a gift.<br>You will never meet again so spending lot of quality time together is magic.<br>Money is important but greed is a destroyer.<br>Keep some dreams for the next generation to achieve. <br>Don&apos;t be in debt.

  1. He has rental income from the Pune Home - What about you ? 42 thousand, that covers most things.<br>2. He is still working - Do you plan to work in retirement?<br>3. His annual package was 50 lakh when he left - Where do you stand ? <br>4. Most important - will you be willing to pick up a delivery job, driving a cab if things don&apos;t go according to plan? The job market is the worst right now.

  There are two kinds of people. One who chases money and lifestyle. The other one is chasing spirituality. Both are chasing only. And both are same only for brain. If you are content with yourself, place does not matter. Stay wherever you are. If your mind is not calm, even if you go to Himalayas, you can&apos;t get that peace at all.

  There are lot of things which will not be covered in this video. The struggle he and his family still has to go through. <br>It&apos;s not all happy and sunshine story. <br>There are usually moments of happiness and higher level of peace if you have the capacity to absorb it. If you do it&apos;s going to be amazing and if not, well!
