Great video, brings me flashbacks of my ride on this route. Truly an all encompassing ride. This route has everything, but most of all, SAND! The route from San Diego is great for anyone flying in.

Thanks for another great video! If you ever do this route again I suggest bypassing the 78 by riding through Ramona's neighborhood (avoiding Main St) to Highland Valley Rd. It's a great road with little traffic, rolling hills, and goes by several vineyards. Turn right on Bandy Canyon and rejoin the route at the intersection of Ysabel Creek Rd. It'll add some miles but it'll save your life!
