I am an Indian. I know how long multi event and fun any Indian wedding is. For people who are not Indian, it is an honour and a wonderful experience to go to an Indian wedding. It is not easy to get an entry in these weddings. There some portals where wedding host sell tickets to their wedding if a non-indian wants to attend, which is not really that expensive, something around 10USD, but OP’s friends were getting that for free and friends of Bride & Groom always get special treatment in India. They unknowingly missed all that. I know a few cousins who studied in other countries and made many friends there, and in their wedding, they all came.. we were in awe of their bond.

That first story, since she’s spelling it Mum, and saying lollies, and having a bbq for her wedding at a park, and got her dress from lifeline, I think she’s Australian :) 😊

Sounds to me like bride #1 had the wedding of her dreams. How can anyone think that makes her the AH? Also, can we talk about how awesome it is that she had bean bags and inflatable chairs for kids! Like how genius of a move! Love it! ❤
