Gotta admit, that was painful! So many of my faves I used to hang out at after a day in the water. Miss it SOOO much!! Time to get on the plane, yeah? Thanks, guys-that was the best!!

When I was in high school (Southern California) we had an assignment to bring foods in that our ancestors would have eaten. I brought poi and haupia. Everyone loved the haupia, the poi not so much. I didn’t blame them, I don’t like poi either. 😄

Jolly Roger in Kahala, the corner where Zippy's now stands. "Cheesy Gal" a double Cheeseburger and "Suzy Q" a teriyaki slice and American cheese. There was another location at the Kam Shopping Center. I miss Shakey's Pizza and the big bubble browned cheese.

Just started watching your videos….they are great… making me crave old favorites and new/old places to try! <br>One thing… put your “Teri” or any other sauce containers right up against the plate so you don’t waste and all the goodness that does drip doesn’t get away…it drips right on! Especially at .95 cents!<br>Keep up the good work!
