No info dump, but the last exercise is potentially dangerous. You're not building muscle in your fingers - your forearm flexors and extensors are the muscles, as well as muscles in the *hand*, are doing the work. Tying your fingers like that for extensive periods can damage the "pulleys" and/or tendons in your fingers. This will restrict your ability to use your fingers naturally.<br>@Bernth thanks for another awesome lesson!

As a very very new guitarist that just started playing in a band The spider in the 2nd video has always been my go-to warm-up for a minute just to get some heat into the fingers before playing and it helps alot!

I actually made and excercise for myself to improve in the spider cord tecnique from Dave Mustaine (Megadeth) it goes like his tecnic position but, only playing one note at the time, so: <br>six string (E string) in 1 freet,<br> fifth string (A string) 3rd freet,<br> fifth string(A string) in 2nd freet, <br>four string( D string) 4 freet.<br><br>And repeating that cicle helped me improve in the spyder cord witch you can find in youtube

The first exercise is great. Reminds me a bit of Grieg's 'In the hall of the moutain king' which you can play slowly and it's still a nice tune, but gets much harder the faster you go.
