  Detach and decentre men, then you see them for exactly what they are. I worked in a care home at 18 and I saw men die Alone with no one holding their hands. Stop helping build men up. Instead take that energy and pour on yourself and your peace. Keep them blocked!! Jason Arder lied his way into cambridge university. I love this men are getting exposed. They are compulsive liars and live a facade!

  Yeah and part of the reason that a lot of these men go after younger women is because they know they can play a lot of games on younger women that are not going to fly with older ladies

  If you don&apos;t play into their games and have self-love and self-respect for yourself then they cannot control you and they can no longer have the hold that they once had on you! I&apos;m not saying that this is easy as I&apos;m going through this as well but we as women need to pick ourselves up and see things for what they are. Many of us like to see things through a rose colored glass because seeing the reality of it it&apos;s just too painful because then we have to admit that we got into yet another failed connection or relationship........ I finally had to realize things for what they truly are, &nbsp;just take the L and leave for good! When I felt like coming back I would remember all the bad things that they did especially the last time when that person was going to try to use me for sex and how one-sided it would be and it doesn&apos;t make a difference what type of relationship we had because it will always be one-sided because he&apos;s not capable of giving me mutual and reciprocal effort except to have sex with me. Also he disrespected me being child-free so it made it easy for me to leave and leave for good this time!
