  Sandra Boynton books were some of my favorites to read to my little kids! They were so fun and catchy!

  If I can recommend a book that was a game changer for me, it was Joe Dispenza’s “Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself.” Not only did it help me with observing when I ruminate on things unnecessarily, but Joe also reflects on how our thoughts become feelings and they basically dictate everything in our lives from how we think of ourselves and relate to others, etc. If a book or a show, for that matter, is disturbing or makes me anxious, I generally don’t like to subject myself to it because I know it’s not serving me and I don’t want to sit in angst. If you feel inclined to finish it (or you can’t not) that’s absolutely fine, but just know that you always have a choice to decide how you want to feel 😊

  Our oldest was obsessed with a book called "it's pumpkin day mouse." When she was little. Our second loves the little quack books.
