Somerset Belenoff was born in Suriname, and her royal family owns around 60% of Surinam's landmass. Somerset sold off her "Maribel" industry gold mines in Surinam to the Chinese around two years ago. Those mines are mostly mined out already, or the easily accessible gold has already been dug up.
