When my father made these, he topped them with jalapeño poppers. <br><br>He also used pepper jack cheese, they were so good.

The Bronco series look awesome, I was shocked to see a 44 inch, 5 burner griddle, I can’t think of a regular backyard cook that needs that much!

These looked absolutely delicious Butch. This is on my next video to-do list. Heres a little FYI for you Butch. Whenever I spread ground beef out like that on my cutting board, I will cover my cutting board with my seasoning, then put the meat down. Kinda like the pizza makers do with semolina, so their dough will release. Then just season the top side, and you're ready for the griddle. Just a little pro tip, I thought, might help you out. I think your kids may just grow to love onions if you keep making these sliders. The buns were evenly toasted, so speaks to the evenness of cooking on this griddle. I’m sure you will recalibrate your cooking with ease on the bronco 👍😊

I would add a slice of tomato along with the pickle on top, just my opinion….. regardless they look amazing!!!! Thanks I gotta make these for the next football party
