In Rarran's defense Linkuriboh being banned is realistically near impossible to figure out in a vacuum- you need to know all of the other level 1 + Cyberse cards and how they can climb with it

The reason why accesscode is allowed to be so pushed is because it does nothing going first. Cards like accesscode, Zeus and typhon are allowed to be a little broken because of the inherent advantage going first has, so I would be surprised if he ever got banned.
