  My friends! Some very good questions in the comments. While my hope was for everything to be laid out in the video with the goal of the viewer&apos;s own discernment, this was a lot of information. I have clarified in a YT post all the questions and concerns I have been reading. If you believe I said something against a paper, or used AI to cross check, or whatever, please give this a once over to see if there was something that you could have missed in the video. Also, for those concerned with me addressing comments, it&apos;s ok! I do this to ensure people have best practices. If multiple people ask the same thing, I think the onus is on me to clarify, even if I believe it is all in the video. <br>Hope this helps, friends!   • Keep it in the original bag, sealed well (use a Ziploc if needed)<br>• Tape the valve, especially for light roasts<br>• Cool, dark place for short-term storage<br>• Freeze for long-term storage; thaw before opening<br>• Skip vacuum sealing
