True advantage isn’t loud or obvious. It’s the quiet discipline of seeing clearly, speaking less, and moving with intention while others underestimate you.

When you talk to seek validation, you release something important about yourself to the room

This hit differently. We’re so conditioned to over-explain and seek validation the moment we feel that 'invisible pressure,' but this video perfectly illustrates how that’s exactly how we lose the psychological game. The part about ego being a 'mask for instability' (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wfdP82ekDfM&t=178">02:58</a>) is a powerful reminder that silence isn't a lack of words it's a massive display of control. Moving forward, I’m choosing strategy over performance

i learned some things by observing the police. to most things said, a neutral "ok" works well. if they ask a question reply, "is that your question?" when they reply, say, "ok, thanks". also, the response "what do you mean by that?" works well to alot of toxic things said to you. the more they get baited into explaining what they mean, the more exposed they are, and the more theyve shifted into answering to you. shifting the dynamic
