At the age of fourteen, I was taken under the wing of an older guy, a neighbor, who was full blooded First Nations, albeit a mix, as his parents were both from different tribes. He took me to a sweat lodge, as he wanted to help me to grow to be well and healthy, to have a bigger view of the world. I was one of the very few caucasians there, this wasn't a 'new age' sort of ritual. A native man who was down from Canada with his grandfather, told me about Sasquatch. I took in everything he had to say. Little did I know two years later, I would have a Sasquatch experience of my own. It seems it helped prepare me for what was to come.

You just said the key, and magical words my friend.
You find a spot where you know they live. You take a comfortable folding chair. Don't forget a gift of respect and gratitude to leave for them. Something with nothing left to throw away or waste. Some fruit, a piece of smoked salmon, a piece of chicken or chocolate. With no wrappers.
Then you don't ever go hunting them. You go find a relaxing place with a view and you sit and enjoy the wilderness and all it's beauty.. They have already sensed, and read your energy and intention. They know exactly what your about and why you've come. If you act as an intelligent person would act, then you'll receive what an intelligent person receives. Right??
But when you act as a child running all over the forest, you'll just irritate them and make them stop what they might of been doing and leave to make room for you. Because it's all about respect with them. They willingly understand the forest belongs to everyone on earth. So out of respect they will give you space to do your immature investigations and ridiculous calls and tree knocking. But remember! They chose to live in the woods and when daylight is burning they have chores and things they have to do each day to survive. They have to gather food for their families also.
So rather than being disrespectful and chasing around through the woods looking for them, why not just sit and let them check you out to see if your actions are respectful, and if you can be trusted . Also by bringing a gift. Your showing your appreciation for them as a mature understanding individual. Intelligence is not comical. It's very serious and very focused attention to all matters and things. If you want comical, then you go look for the juvenile Sasquatch. But that will get you killed. Not advisable!! You'd be better off to learn the reaction from a mother grizzly than a Sasquatch.
Lol lol. We all know how inquisitive they are.. They like to check things out from a distance first. Then come closer. No different than you and I..
So take your chair and your gifts and go sit by a stream and draw or sketch. Say a prayer of gratitude to the earth for its magnificence and beauty. Then ask if they would come visit with you if they have time. You'd like to learn and understand them. Only for your personal understanding. Not to solicit, or exploit them to anyone. If you want to learn, then you go ask respectfully. You might do this 4 or 8 times. But they have watched you and matched your intentions with your actions. They are starting to build trust with you. They might appear and you might just hear and see things. But you'll know they are there. So speak with them and wait. Lots of patience is required to build trust. Remember!! It is earned, not easily given.. 🙏🙏🙏♥️✌️🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠💯

I was honored to be part of two night hikes led by Scott in the beginning of June 2025. It was my first expedition and I honestly felt like Scott was Dumbledore, opening my eyes to a realm previously unseen. He’s the real deal
*EDIT- I chose an expedition on the BFRO website and Scott happened to be leading the one I chose to attend
Edit 2 We all signed an NDA so I can’t say exactly where we went but it was the Pacific Northwest.

A few months ago while camping Oregon, and Sasquatch investigating, I introduced, and demonstrated how we use a hairbrush and a comb. I left the brush and comb sitting on a log just outside our camp area one night. In the morning they were gone, and in its place was a beautiful thunder egg rock, and a feather from a red tail hawk. It was one of the biggest things I've ever experienced.

Hell, I will notice a spider on the wall as soon as I come home.. I'm very sure that Sasquatch will notice this clunky trail cam on a tree

I live about a mile from a sanctuary for injured African Lions. I can hear them use infrasound around feeding time. The sound can easily be felt and heard through a mile of city streets and traffic. Interestingly when you are standing next to them it only sounds like a normal cat rumble, nothing really loud or abnormal, but a guy a mile away can also hear it!

I've heard Scott Taylor do interviews at least 20 times, but somehow, they're always just as interesting as the first time. 😊

In my respectful opinion, these are not creatures. They are folks. Forest folks.
