“Bar the knockdowns, it’s been a close fight” says Matthew Macklin. What planet is he on?

Williams gets an inch closer and the crowd goes mental….oh wait he’s been floored again 😬

What makes the win sweeter was that Eubank loved the hostile crowd, made him perform better.

After the first knockdown when Adam says Williams is blinking profusely now 🙈

"Apart from getting knocked down every round and being counter punched everytime he comes in, and not being able to hit Eubank, apart from that Williams is winning the rounds" UK commentators are the best. (loved the deflation in the commentators voices when Jr floored him for the 18th time.)

Commentators already against eubank from round 1.. "Williams is doing well, eubank needs to step it up" guess they didn't see the 3 or 4 jabs Williams ate in the first 2 and a half minutes...

Williams promised us dragons. The only dragon I saw was him dragon his backside off the canvass

That first knockdown was sublime. You could barely see it.

Eubank Jr looked amazing in the first 4 or 5 rounds in my opinion. His movement was great to watch. The fight simmered down a bit as it went on but Eubank was in complete control. Seemed like he was just coasting and trying to avoid being headbutted or put in a headlock by Williams. I really loved the final 30 seconds of showboating as well, after how Williams behaved before and during the fight he completely deserved to be embarrassed like that. Eubank went into enemy territory, dominated the fight and made Williams look like a right mug, job well done.

A very good win for Eubank despite a clearly biased referee and commentary team. Eubank was treated very much like a foreign fighter that night

Eubanks has grown so much in poise and discipline! I remember years ago everybody was talkin so bad about him sayin things such as he had no jab, he was hot headed, didn’t listen, was just an explosive puncher, etc, but look at the young lion now! He has one of the best jabs I’ve seen in a long while and he was touchin Liam at will with his jab! That just goes to show how much trainin with the big B.O.A.T Roy Jones Jr paid off and Eubanks even looked kinda like him in there! Some times a young prime lion just needs to be lead by an even bigger and greater one to help fulfill his own greatness!

Shut all the haters up!

Embarrassing for Williams after all that trash talk beforehand. Repeatedly dropped by jabs and lucky not to have points deducted for persistent holding/wrestling. Eubank never had to get out of 2nd gear....
