The problem with M365 is that here are so many apps, Some do the same thing... (Todo, Planner, Project) but all are HALF BAKED.

You should probably mention how Outlook is now two completely different experiences in M365.

Old Outlook is so much more useful than "New Outlook."

I'm more impressed that you were able to find all this information. I have found that Microsoft's customer service and documentation is either outdated or non-existent.

they need to be transparent on what new apps are being developed, what is being maintained, and what's gathering dust.

what sucks is Microsoft is ending Publisher which I liked better for creating flyers than using word to do it

there is so much more to be said about edge! i originally got into as the default browser on a new laptop and accidentally triggered the split screen view. i’ve come to love the copilot integration over gemini in chrome. i also love the feature of opening a link from teams and having a teams panel open that allows the conversation to continue directly in the browser window. and then from a cpu ram perspective it is wayyyyyyyy more respectful on hardware than chrome

I'm loving Lists (and Loop!). I think most of us have a history of using Excel for data that doesn't need complex calculations - Lists is a much better fit for this. The different views and sorting potential is wonderful.

The video it’s very informative, thank you! However, I think the description of Power BI is a bit reductive here. Power BI is not comparable to an excel spreadsheet, and serves a completely different purpose: is a proper business intelligence tool, so it is meant to allow to handle data analytically, whereas an excel spreadsheet is meant to allow entering and presenting data. There are some similarities between excel pivot tables and power bi, but that it.
