It can easily be piloted by one pilot, all passenger jets can be piloted by one pilot, even the largest, the Airbus 380 with a capacity of over 800 ppl can be piloted by one pilot. They are piloted by two pilots mainly for security reasons, if one get sick, the other can take over.
