Catherine Zeta Jones's angry look at the end means she realized she was used by Zorro to get to her father. Excellent acting! Conveys so much...

What amazed me most is how Anthony Hopkins managed to play a pretty Senorita to teach Zorro with such exotic dance moves

One of the most beautiful and captivating dances I have ever seen—performed by the lovely Catherine and the epitome of handsome charm, Antonio.❤

It is nice to remember how children at the time didn't realize what was happening in the scene.
Mainly they saw a dance and then some insults and then men went to court yard.
But the whole tensions, tactics and luring was well written, how to get invited where not wanted.
A way of the zorro, through other means than fighting.
