Capt. Rasmussen is a man of total dignity for sacrificing his love of aviation for the safety of his passengers. He did a fantastic job on his final mission…saving all souls on board. 💙

That's so sad that he couldn't fly anymore. It certainly wasn't his fault. God bless him for saving all the people on that flight.

A sad loss to aviation, but at least the man was exonerated from blame . His flying skills saved all those people.

I can understand the pilots logic in not wanting to fly again after the accident & his feelings about the situation. I think under the circumstances I would feel the same. Well done to the captain & his crew for their handling of the situation & saving themselves & all the passengers which was exemplary.
