Fun fact: Costco branch with highest sales volume in the world is in Taichung. Top 10, 4 are in Taiwan. According to local news April.

That’s mapao tofu should be heated directly on the pan to reduce the water content. Also, it looks like it would taste great if adding some minced beef.

We all know, Costco in the U.S. pretty much is limited. Just like McDonald's here vs worldwide McD's.... we're such a diverse culture, yet products keep us limited in food & drinks, electronics, etc...
