  As a bank fisherman. You have to lose a lure. Forget it and move on. I had a KVD 1.5 Sexy Shad squarebill crank. Last year I caught over 150 bass on that single crank. Retrieved it many times after breaking my line. Finally lost it for good. It was beat all  to Hell. But the action was different for some reason. I have 5 other ones just like it. But I will miss that lure forever.   Shawn.

  More bank fishing videos please! I know it's hard to leave the boat, but... maybe even hit subdivision/ industrial park  ponds?  For us non-boat-having anglers 😉

  They really don't tell you how often you're gonna hang up on tree's onshore as a bank fisherman. Every 15th cast you smack a bush, or wrap around a tree branch.  Shore fishing is the death of leader line.

  I cant tell you how refreshing to see you get "hung up". Usually most Youtube fishermen are walking, talking examples of excellence and only you , the viewer, are wrong. Thank You for not editing it out.

  The more bank or wade fishing you do, the more you'll streamline your tackle selection. After about 30 or 35 years of walking and wading, I began to only carry one spinning rod and a pack or two of either: 1)Zoom Finesse worms, 2)Super Flukes, or 3) Senkos. In one of those bags, I carry 3 or 4 worm hooks and/or Spider Slider heads. In the other bag, I like to have either a: 1)#9 Smelt colored Rapala floating minnow, 2)a ⅛oz Stanley Baby Wedge Spinnerbait, or 3)a ⅛oz Grey Minnow or Black Roostertail. I can put these in my pockets or my hat, if I wade over waist deep. Oh, and ALWAYS wear pants!

Maybe there&apos;s a video there 🤔 how to handle those WTF moments that spring up on us. Anywho love the channel, top quality work and info.   I&apos;m a beginner. Just started fishing by myself with no experience or help. I have caught about 8 lbs of grass and lost a good 3 lures already 😂😂 but it&apos;s still relaxing and fun. Thanks for the tips, I&apos;m definitely going to be trying these out later!!
