Really well done, thank you! I have trouble staying asleep, I tend to wake up and my thoughts start spinning out. For years I had devices and practices to help me, but now I'm in my 60's and sleep has gotten very challenging. <br>So now, when I can't fall back asleep... I get up and get one earbud(I keep one side open for hearing any family emergencies) and cover it with a headband so when I do fall asleep and roll over, then it doesn't fall out and get in my eye socket or something.<br>The other thing...I changed the mattress, and got one that suits ME. My husband likes a more firm mattress, and we were both sleeping on his preference. Now he has a very good firm mattress, and I have a very good plush mattress.

Finally a person that has not been the topic of a million other biographical videos❤❤❤ i am listening from Sacramento California at 2:15 am taking a much needed break from last minute details as my daughter is getting married on Saturday .
