  Pastor John, you have been my mentor for 26 years now. I'm 78 and you are 80. I have read a good number of your books.  APJ, Look at the Book and Solid Joys are part of my daily study.  In addition, I listen to your sermons several times every week. I attempt to follow your counsel through immersion in God's word which includes memorization. I recite Romans 8 to myself almost every day. I thank God for you consistently in my daily praying. I also pray for your son Abraham. I love you Pastor John. Thank you for your consistent Christian example.

  Thank you John Piper for preaching and teaching truth.. I wish I knew you when I was young Christian. You have at my age of 63yrs have inspired and encouraged me. You enlighten me. Showed me Jesus. May God raise the calbre of men such as you in this age of deception and self glorification.

  At <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wALKgH-MLI0&amp;t=1697">28:17</a> … Why point out that the lady “lived in a trailer” … Why? &nbsp;Would he have said that if she lived in a 3 bedroom detached house? &nbsp;That seemed elitist, snobbish &amp; mean.<br><br>Having said that, I have listened &amp; learned so much from John Piper &amp; will continue to. &nbsp;<br><br>This was a good conversation.

  Piper is a continuationist and denies the 6 24 hour days of creation. I don’t know why this allows him to be so revered in reformed circles
