  I actually think this movie would be better if the twist was that Spindly Johnny was made by the Scooby Doo video game student, rather than the baseball kid. He added all the baseball references to frame the other kid, because he was jealous of him being the prized student. Then he doesn't get arrested, because he didn't actually mean to harm anyone (which has been done in Scooby Doo before. A few of the bad guys got off scot-free). Just some spit-balling.

  Sorry that it wasn't Super Shag in the actual film, but if it makes you feel better in the previous film Shaggy did call himself "The Shag-man". I'm seriously not making this up.

  There actually is an episode of "What's New Scooby Doo?" where they split up differently, where Shaggy teams up with Fred for a change. However, they all decide never to do it again as they don't have a single thing in common and totally fail to make any conversation that lasts longer than three sentences.

  One thing I hated about this movie was how obvious the villain reveal was. <br>The Spindly Johnny wouldn’t stop making baseball references. One of the scientists wouldn’t stop making baseball references.<br>Hmmmmmmmmm. (In sarcastic voice) I wonder who created the Spindly Johnny.

  If the game they were making was meant as a homage to Scooby-doo, how come the levels dont resemble actual episodes from the show?
