  Great tips. I have 60% win rate with both Cap and Thor in low GM right now. What he says about ROI is money. Force that loki to use runes, make luna use freeze or mantis sleep and call out when those things are on cool down so your team and DPS players know they are defenseless

  The hardest part is when the support don’t want to push with you, the first part you showed I have done it many times but the support don’t push up with me therefore I die or they are pushing me. In general when you have your team not push it’s the most difficult part but I usually find that it’s the support in my solo queue games that don’t do it.

  I’d like to say that pushing forward isn’t the best option sometimes, you are still at the mercy of your supports. You can try to push forward but if your supports are content to sit on the cart, you can only do nothing.
