Michael is an absolute idiot! He will not take accountability, won't sit up and do his job as an owner, is very rude and argumentative. Steven on the other hand for all his bluster thinks he is without blame but he gossips, sows discord between Michael and the staff, is incompetent but will be the first to project his bad behaviour on other people. I think Steven should have been fired for what he did during the grand reopening. So unprofessional and immature.
