The reason why he mentioned it was built in either 1959 or 1976 is because it was probably bought from Thailand (those are thai lorry licence plates) and thai ppl count year in buddhist era<br>Both year translates to 2502 BE and 2520 BE respectively, so the seller probably confuses year 02 with year 20 somewhere along the line
