Gunn isn't even an SPL level keeper.

The myth that Scotland have great players ... Superstar Doak can't get a start for Bournemouth 🥶

John McGinn the worst player on the park again

Hendry and Gunn are liabilities. Hendry is like Bambi on ice at the back and always has a mistake in him,  and Gunn doesn't react fast enough. Almost predictable that another defensive nightmare in the early stages sets the sombre tone for a Scotland game.

We are so poor at the centre Back department for many years now . We seem to be improving in forward areas but Centre back looks so poor and our central defence really cost us at the World Cup as well. Mostly we struggle with high defensive lines due to lack of pace so why play such a high line? We could get pumped with 11 on the pitch against the Swiss to write it off, but the next 2 games is where Pocognoli will really be judged.

Chasing shadows the whole game. Same old.

We have a nativity in our play that has existed for years. I like our pressing game idea ..but we need a calm press and need to know when to step off. We play ast 100mph when we need to plamore controlled. But can't blame the new coach..we lack things that other teams have..we really lack pace..and for the first time in a long time no quality in GK.. would like to see a player like penrice brought in..

We would have lost if the Swiss had a player less than us. No goal since mcginns magnificent double deflection against Haiti. 0-0 against the Macedonians is the best we can hope for at this point.

I know it's early days but I'm not sure about this system as it doesnt really stretch the opposition. It's too narrow and predictable and Gilmour looks like the only one with a bit of flair and creativity. Plus it leaves Bannon Doak as merely an impact player off the bench. On top of that our strikers still cant finish off a fish supper.

Think Pocognoli needs to do a proper clear out, the old guard are done. Time to bring the next generation through. Robbo, KT, Hendry, McKenna, Christie and probably McGinn as well need thanked for their efforts and dropped. New blood needs to be played to get experience, get rid of the rest

Robertson and McGinn yet again poor in a Scotland strip. The changes Pocognoli made had very little logic behind them. After half time Scotland looked like they were chasing shadows. If we are going to win the next two games I would love to know how that is going to happen.

Why does everyone think Lewis Ferguson is a world class player.  All he did last night was commit fouls all over the park and then hold his hands out as if to say "what did I do", he was all over their players and fouling left right and centre.
