  A course in miracles even said, "Nothing real can be threatened " so i think its really important to stop identifying as the mind and no longer identifying every thought with the ego's interpretation

  So basically what you're saying is, the 3D doesn't matter, no circumstances matter so don't let it trigger you. Continue to live in the end.

  I don't want to meditate about my SP anymore now either. I will be happy to have them with me and I will be happy either way.  I just want to exist for myself now

  I always tell myself, "Anything happening or not happening in the 3D doesnt mean anything about me". Just because something good is happening doesnt make me more worthy or pretty or whatever, and anything bad happening in the 3D doesnt make me less worthy or pretty. I mean when you know who you are and what you deserve, and when your self concept is so stable nothing in the 3D will have an impact on your identity :)

  In therapy too we don't need to control the thoughts and feelings they'll keep coming it's human but we don't take it as fact and move on.

  I just tried to manifest exactly the way that you told and I felt so good that I felt all the stress dissolving and I slept deeply after not sleeping for days not to mention the happiness and relief I got after I decided that I’ve  already got my manifestation . The  feelings were so real to the point that I am  really believing that I got it and don’t care if it shows in 3D or not CAUSE I ACTUALLY HAVE IT !!
