1983 I was in Port Mahon Spain and my life started at 24 years old. This music still there by the beach of the Mediterranean Sea. In the next life I will return there. Beautiful memories.

Das war damals sooo schön, das Cafe. Der Strand, die Hippies, 🔥 etc. Kein schickimicki, sondern peace and freedom. Die Insel war noch nicht zugebaut, konnte man sich noch leisten. <br>Tolle Zeit, klasse M🎶 usik

Memories. Remember buying cassette version of this in Ibiza at cafe del mar in 95. Think it was padilla himself selling tapes at venue. So many special tunes.

I was in Santorini in the early 00s and the restaurant owner next to the inn we stayed in would play these early mixes each day. I have the fondest memories of listening to this, sipping espresso, and watching the fog roll out of the caldera. Heaven.

When de releases were truly Balearic and classic. The muzak that now comes out of Del Mar....wallpaper / elevator muzuk. But this is eternal.

Einaudi's piano piece is totally captivating on this album. I never moved on from Cafe del Mar music right to this very day.
