This what absolutely Superb! The cleanest and most exegetically accurate teaching on this subject I’ve ever heard!

I recently had a thought regarding the consumption of the sacrifice by the priests. Jesus is our last and greatest sacrifice. The priests would be sustained by the flesh of the sacrifice. We, now as priests, will be sustained by Jesus final sacrifice. We do not need new sacrifices to sustain us, to feed us, because the final sacrifice is nourishment for all time. I am still working through this idea, but I think there is something there worth considering.

I was raised going to Catholic Church, I was not taught any of that stuff. It was to remember him and I personally felt my vows to serve the Lord.

Psalm 27:8 reads, "My heart says of you, 'Seek his face!' Your face, Lord, I will seek." Mercy and truth shall go before thy face" is a biblical verse, found in Psalm 89:14

My words are spirit, the flesh profits nothing. Now on to the Lord claiming that He is now our Passover
