  I was in Sweden in the 1970's and I found it to be a very nice country with very attractive people and a high standard of living. I also remember that it was the cleanest country that I had ever been to in my life and I had done quite a bit of traveling by then. I was really impressed. From your video it still looks that way but perhaps a bit cold and unfriendly, I'm sad to say. I'm so sorry about what has happened to Sweden. How is this possible? All I could think of is that politics has really affected your country. It's a shame because it's still a very  beautiful place. I remember being helped by a father and son when we were looking for a hostile. It was almost 10 pm and we were very lost. We saw a father and son walking out of an indoor tennis place and asked them for help. They were so nice and actually led us to the place since it was getting late and the hostile was going to be closing soon. I was also quite impressed because even back then everyone spoke excellent English. Now I don't know if I would feel the same way since I think the people may not be as friendly with strangers and I'm sure there's a legitimate reason for that. From what I saw with your encounter with the train worker, people may be more edgy than before. And the crime situation is of big concern. Sweden was very safe back in the day. I assume guns are still illegal there just like in other European countries. So how is it that there are so many shootings in your previously very safe and beautiful country? I assume you probably don't want to get into this murky subject. And I prefer to remember Sweden the way it was back then. So sorry for Sweden and how this world is becoming so upside down especially in Europe and the US.  It's very heartbreaking since I am originally from Europe, Hungary specifically, and honestly I don't feel that I want to visit Europe anymore. I have recently been in Mexico for a prolonged stay and would like to visit Thailand. I agree they are overall the best and safest countries right now. Looking forward to more videos from Thailand William. Take care and safe travels.

  A very different video but still very interesting. Sweden I would say is still much safer with less crime than England. Also Sweden is much more picturesque.cleaner air in Sweden too.

  Eye opening. I had imagined Sweden to be very safe and efficient. On the plus side, I see from your video, it’s very scenic and the streets are amazingly clean and litter free.

  Sweden in the 80’s &amp; 90’s was magical to visit from the UK, I’m hearing from many Swedish friends it’s now not so nice, what a shame…..😢
