I like watching the campaign scenarios being played out. I would recommend finding a good balance, though. The initial tutorial ones don't matter much, but after that, I don't see the point of watching someone bash through the requirements just to reach the finish line. The flip side is that you don't want to spend an outrageous amount of time detailing, bringing your progression through the campaigns to a halt. A good balance between detail and progression is the most fun to watch.
