  I live in the UK where they stopped selling this bike in 2018 due to our stupid emissions laws. You are so lucky to be able to buy an old school super reliable GSXR with analog dials etc.

  In a world of non stop screens sometimes it’s nice to get away from all the tech!  Love the videos!

  I completely understand your frustrations with the 750, to be honest, I find the old school analog, half digital gauges to be quite endearing on the bike. Being able to still buy a brand new 750 in 2026 is like being able to buy a time capsule. And the fact that the 750 can handle its own and punch above its weight still makes it a weapon on the streets.

  Disconnect the cables and the springs hold the valve open.

  I just picked up a 2019 750 as a personal bike. I agree with you on everything, especially the fluttering sound. Great video, well spoken.

  Great info! I noticed that jerking issue as well and I don’t like it! It was the same with my 2006 GSXR750. And I wish it had a visible gas gauge. I still love it tho! ❤️

  I'm 53 now and had a 2023 GSXR 1000r and was thinking of the 750 but feel like I can't stomach myself to buy this old ass tech bike.  That old analog cluster is so lame it's like looking at a bike from 1980.  No quickshifter too is so lame too.  My 1000r quick shifter was like butter up and down the gears I fell in love with it!  Good video and input thanks.  Look like a cool brother.  🤙🏾

  Just add a quick shifter standard and a TFT dash and we’re good for most of these people that want luxuries

  Just purchased the 40th anniversary 750z, and I thought I was tripping as a new rider about it jerking, but glad to hear it's not just my lack of experience. Great content.

  Exactly the reason why I bought my 2023 600, old school but new bike. Super reliable! Why change things when they are are not broke. Only thing I did to mine is a tail tidy, that’s it. The OEM titanium exhaust is fantastic and not too loud. But, I’m old and I don’t like restoring old bikes. My 600 is nasty enough for me and puts a big smile on my face without the fancy stuff. I bought a machine that I want to command and be one with without the help of a computer. I had a 400 cc bike and learned how to ride it well without ever dropping it before my 600. Thanks for the video.

  Upgrade the gauge cluster.  Add LED lights, fuel gauge,  and cruise control. That would be enough for me.
