  Matt is actually on to something here. I definitely hate falling into those patterns, and can name a few I have with certain friends rigth now. Also the thing about &quot;not everything needs to be delicious&quot;. Exactly! I love drinking water and easily drink a gallon a day without trying, but drinking water is nice in the same way that admiring a clean apartment or coming back from the gym feels good. It&apos;s maintenance, not a culinary experience. And of course being properly hydrated also physically feels good too, and you avoid headaches and cramps etc. I never have either unless alcohol or sleep deprivation is involved. But getting enough sleep is a lot like drinking enough water. You just gotta do it.
