For anyone confused about what happens during the secret scene, let me explain what I think it means.
Personally, I think it means T-Toilet is a double agent for the toilets, pretending to work for the astros. Overseer obviously is mad about the planet taking so long to be taken over, or something, while T-Toilet is trying to persuade him for more time. I personally do not think T-Toilet will betray the toilets, and is instead working on ways to counter the astros. Remember how in 14, he told them to let ttvm go? What if that was just T-Toilet saying to wait and let the alliance upgrade to be more prepared for the invasion? I may be wrong, who knows.

7:19 THE DETAILS ARE AMAZING the reason why gman says "Traitor?" And " Who are you?" Is because that's not gman that's the decoy and the decoy gman has probably no idea that the original gman Is a traitor to the astros and the decoy gman probably doesn't even know that astros exists he probably thought they where just normal toilets SUCH GOOD DETAIL BRO! (Btw he's a decoy cause look at his lasers from ep 18 to 20 the gman from ep 20 is a decoy and btw activate subtitle)
