  The irony of Google Translate is that its translations are grammatically better than ever. But for some reason, it now completely changes the meaning of sentences from time to time. No matter how hard you try, it refuses to use the correct words.

  Yes! I said to someone espousing AI writing a year ago that I couldn&apos;t imagine why I should bother to read what nobody could be bothered to write. Nice to see the same thought.

  Owning a Motorola phone is now a neverending battle to uninstall and disable the bloatware &quot;ai&quot; features that they automatically install. Even if you uninstall and disable it all, much of it turns back on every time your phone restarts. These companies are so desperate to convince investors they&apos;re doing something useful with all the $$$ they dumped into this crap that they&apos;re willing to enshitify their existing products and alienate their customers. When will the fever dream end?

  If AI just suddenly disappeared tomorrow it would make no difference. Except that the market would crash and many of these tech companies would go belly up.
