  My fathers wife, my stepmother, Elaine passed about a year ago. She was sober. I know that she would say “finish it and be free of it” when it comes to my ongoing battle with addiction. Currently 13 days and 11 hrs sober. Elaine &amp; God please be with me during these initial hard months. 🙏🏾🕊️

  Took care of my Mom for 4 years and she passed last fall....my entire family is now gone... It is the love of my life

  Paul you couldn&apos;t have described what has been going on any better without knowing about my mother&apos;s probate on her estate. I&apos;ve been putting it off, dragging my feet, and when you spoke about the mother/grandmother figure all I could do is picture my mother speaking. It&apos;s been over two years since she passed, and because my younger sister being the representative, my mother still hasn&apos;t had a service. They say funerals are for the living, to finally allow yourself to be able to move on, and this has been the barrier I&apos;ve been staring at. If this was one less thing I wouldn&apos;t worry over, then the things I have to would get more of my time to deal with them. And I get that. Maybe I just wasn&apos;t ready to let her go....
